Since the enGenius launch in 1996, Mr. Reddy has orchestrated a tremendous growth in business targeting Federal, State, and Local government markets with a focus on Financial Systems, Real Estate Systems, Transit (Intelligence Transportation Systems), Telecommunications, and Healthcare. He continues to provide overall corporate leadership, directs strategic planning, establishes goals and objectives, and actively manages corporate strategic initiatives. Mr. Reddy earned a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore, India and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University.
George Wasenius provides executive leadership to all areas of the organization with a focus on growing the company through promoting positive change, investment in people, and community involvement. George joined enGenius in March 2022 as Vice President of Operations providing oversight and capture for all active contracts with a focus on successful execution and existing client growth. He is PMP Certified and brings over 30 years of high-technology experience in successfully executing complex projects worldwide. He has extensive experience with the US Navy and has been engaged with programs such as C4I, C5I, C5ISR, Military Weapon Systems, SATCOM, NAVFAC, Perimeter Access and Control (PSAC), Electronic Harbor Security Systems (EHSS), Joint Fighters Network (JFN), Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS), NAVSEA, NAVAIR Interactive Electronic Tech Manuals (IETMs), TRADET (Navy Seal Training Detachment), Explosive Underwater Demolition Team (EUDT), SPAWARSYSCEN (now NIWC) and many others. His experience reaches beyond the Department of Defense and US Navy to also include the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and other Federal Clients.
Mr. Boyapally has overseen the financial side of enGenius since 2003. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and well versed with DCAA Audits and Accounting System implementation. As CFO he is responsible for all financial administration, cash flow management, credit line and related matters for enGenius.
As Vice President of Operations, Michael Houde, leads the Operations Division providing oversight and capture for all active contracts. His career has spanned a myriad of technological areas in the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, with deep experience tying technical solutions to functional requirements for senior and executive leadership initiatives. He has the aptitude to understand complex systems, the analytical approach to evaluate various solutions, and the communication skills to deliver appropriate messages to various stakeholders. Michael has more than 15 years of experience in IT leading diverse geographically distributed consultant teams across several technological and cross-functional areas. His proven ability to create partnerships and coalitions across vast and disparate enterprises has equipped him to meet and exceed organizational goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach. He is PMP Certified and has an MBA from Liberty University.
