May 2020 – enGenius Consulting Group is honored to have been selected as a prime contractor for the $950 million dollar Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multi-award contract for the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Operations Forces (SOF) Core Services Support.

The solicitation for this award, released in June 2019, outlined requirements to provide subject matter expertise and knowledge-based services in support of USSOCOM’ s Special Operations Forces missions, and five command priorities:  Compete and Win for the Nation, Preserve and Grow Readiness, Innovate for Future Threats, Advance Partnerships, and Strengthen our Force and Family. These priorities support USSOCOM’s ongoing efforts to ensure SOF are highly trained, properly equipped, and deployed to the right places at the right times for the right missions.

Services and subject matter expertise to be provided include Education & Training Services, Management Support Services, Administrative & Other Services, Engineering Management Services, Program Management Services, and Professional Services.

Together with our team members, enGenius looks forward to providing exceptional services to USSOCOM in support of these critical mission requirements.

March 2020 – enGenius Consulting Group (enGenius) is pleased to announce the achievement of ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 certifications by NSF International Strategic Registrations. These certifications add to our existing ISO 9001 certification and demonstrates enGenius’ commitment to Quality Management, Service Management, and Information Technology Service Management. Many Federal Government customers now require these certifications.

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is a business improvement tool that helps enGenius build a resilient service management system that not only adapts to fast-changing technologies but ensures alignment to customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements, issues, and objectives of interested parties to deliver desired results. It reflects enGenius’ commitment to provide consistently high-quality service and to reduce risk to our Service Management System processes.

ISO 27001– Information Security is one of the central concerns of the modern organization. The volume and value of data used in everyday business increasingly drive how organizations operate and how successful they are. To protect this information – and to be seen to be shielding it – we have chosen to become ISO 27001 certified. This certificate provides evidence that enGenius has designed and implemented a coherent and comprehensive suite of information security controls and other forms of risk treatment, adopting an overarching management process to ensure that the information security controls continue to meet the organization’s information security needs on an ongoing basis. It systematically examines our information security risks, taking account of the threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts.

enGenius President R. Bruce Bateman states, “our team has worked very hard for months on both of these certifications to demonstrate our commitment to our Customers in ensuring them that we have robust processes in place for our Service Management System and Information Security. We are motivated to continually look for areas of improvement to compete in our marketplace.”
