February 2026 – 🎉Celebrating 30 Years!
enGenius Consulting Group proudly celebrated its 30th anniversary with a ribbon‑cutting ceremony hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber. The event brought together our Huntsville team; Founder & CEO, S.P. Reddy; CFO, Prabhakar Boyapally; President, Michael Houde; and many community partners who have supported our journey. S.P. reflected on enGenius’ beginnings in Atlanta and a vision focused on investing in people. That investment has guided the company’s growth and expansion into Huntsville. He expressed pride in the long‑standing team that defines our culture and welcomed his daughter, Sahana Solipuram, as the newest member of the enGenius family, marking an exciting new chapter for the future.

December 2025 – enGenius Consulting Group Inc. is awarded a contract for the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B.
This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.
We are proud of our team and this accomplishment and stand ready to support the warfighter through the MDA SHIELD IDIQ.

June 2024 – enGenius Consulting Group Secures FBI ITSSS-2 $8B Blanket Purchase Agreement
The Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation Blanket Purchase Agreement, ITSSS-2 with $8b estimated spend for the 8-year duration, will be the primary contract vehicle for the FBI and all DOJ components to obtain critical IT service needs.
This significant achievement underscores the commitment to excellence and marks a pivotal milestone in the growth trajectory for enGenius.

August 2022 – enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. wins a prime contract to support the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA).
enGenius will provide support for DISA program/project costing efforts, to include issuing guidance on life cycle cost estimating, cost/benefit analysis and economic analysis. enGenius will provide support to the OCFO for financial analytical services and budget formulation/execution as well as provide financial management, budget, and technical support services to support DISA DWCF appropriated and contingency programs.
December 2021 – Team enGenius will support the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA), a Combat Support Agency to assist in sustaining continuous operations to prioritize and monitor financial and program resources and products seeking continuous improvement in quality, speed, and responsiveness to the Transport Services Directorate.

September 2019 – enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. awarded a Task Order to provide Cyber Security Engineer Services to the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
December 2018 – enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. awarded a prime contract for the $52.5B U.S. Navy SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) professional services vehicle. SeaPort-NxG is the follow-on to Seaport and Seaport-e and will be managed by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). SeaPort-NxG will have streamlined functional areas, fewer ordering offices, and a single NAICS Code to simplify the process for Government agencies to procure engineering and program management support services.
